or you may have low pressure taps is your taps water flow like a garden tap or spray type ? if it is spray type, it may have restrictor at water out point just undo nut at water outlet points, remove restrictor and refit the nut this might solve your problem

boiler is baxi 80e and hot water temperature sensor

hi, i have a problem with one baxi boiler, it's hot water sensor goes every 2-3 months . scales build up on sensor and boiler won't fire up on hot water demand any perticular reason for this or long lasting solution for this problem seeking advice from experts

once i was in same situation like you but after long search i have found the bleed valve. it was on left side, behind the front panel and caped by white top ( you can't really see that feel it by moving your hand around ) hopefully this might help you

hi chris i understand that but on most combi, 5 connection on terminal block. 3 for mains and 2 for room thermostat. my question is how can i wire programmer and room thermostat and port valve from remaining two connection
