Well, as a qualified chemist, I thought I may have a clue in how to analyse flue gas if I had access to the right bit of equipment.

I would have thought that CO2 measurement would be a fairly simple job if the equipment, e.g Draeger tube and probe, was available.

Hi, My daughter has a Fujitsu Siemens laptop which she bought from Comet about 16 months ago. Yesterday it stopped working. The screen remains blank; the only sign of life is that the hard drive light comes on. Unfortunately, she didn't take out an extended warranty. :( Any ideas ?

Hi, First post ! :) I have a Danesmoor 26/32 oil fired boiler fitted with a Danfoss oil pump which is connected to the motor via a plastic coupling. This coupling is mangled because of a recent problem I had with the oil pump (jammed). Does anyone know the technical name for this coupling...
