When i move the "barrell" theres another kinda metal sleeve that i can move up, but i cant see anything that i could get a spanner on. I wonder if i could get at it with some sort of molegrips! Gawd nightmare!! Thanks Mick :)

Hi, I have a Swan mixer on my bath, the kind that has the little barrell type thing you push down for shower, and pull up for bath. Its started running through both shower and taps and i cant get it to work properly. Wouldve had a look inside the barrell type thing to see if it was a washer...

Hi there, My father has a Biasi 24S boiler and he cannot get hot water out of it. It will run lukewarm ,but thats about as good as it gets. This is from all taps and the shower too. Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :D Manda
