The flue comes out of the boiler and onto the back wall, and the conservatory wall might be too close to the flue. I was just wondering what distance should be between the sides of the flue or what could you do to make it safe if the side of the flue is covered?

We are building a conservatory, but the gas flue is too close to where the conservatory is being built. I heard it was recommended that the flue should have a gap at all sides where it comes out of the wall. How far away should the vent be away from the wall? and if too close is there any way...
