can take pipes off but this part has the water pumped into it and is fixed to the mach. its white moulded plastic , water flows through it to outlet pipe

hi, i have a bosch wff1401, pump is working fine. i'v cleaned all pipes but mach. emties very slowly. pipe comes from pump up to a part fixed to top back, which outlet pipe is fixed, could this be blocked and if so how do i clean it :)
