boiler flue conservatory

Hi All, thanks for reading, haven't posted here for 13yrs ). Thinking of installing conservatory, would need to move boiler flu in order to install and move 60cm from conservatory opening. Boiler is 40yr old, running strong. Are there universal kits to adapt to such old flues? See pic. Thanks...
