bottle cooler

Before I disposed of our bottle cooler is it worth getting it regassed? Its nearly 12 years old and has bee working like a champ in our Village hall 24 x 7 but recently it only gets down to 12 degrees C. If I turn it off and leave for a while then turn back on it will cool down to 4 degrees but...
