    Rendering and Repointing or Short Term Repair?

    I'd appreciate help in weighing up the options in maintaining the Victorian building below in Bristol. I know that the rendering is over 30 years old now, perhaps more. However, there is a limited budget for general repairs and spending it has to be agreed by a mgmt co with lots of priorities...
