c10d johnson and starley

Iam having a johnson and starley warmcair c10d. Two problems i am facing. 1. The fan heating burner doesn’t start/work if i dont keep my thermista-stat to max. Does it need replacing ? 2. Even if keep modairflow to 9 the flame is just at its lowest and fan barely blows air. Again does this point...
