cedar osmo protection oil

Good morning. I’m trying to rejuvenate my cedar fence. I oiled it with OSMO UV protection oil a couple of years and the colour has faded slightly. Is there a product I can use to remove the existing oil from the cedar panels as it’s taking a long time to sand? Many thanks, E
