central heating no heat

Hi, My Mum's CH is misbehaving. She has a open, gravity system and pressurised bottle where I have checked the pressure, it's on 2. The CH comes on and heats the rads, but after an hour it turns off (I would imagine it's reaches the thermostat temp), however as the temp drops it does come...
