    How to solve these damp problems and put my room back together?

    Had to rip out the vestibule and timber floor due to it all being rotten and damp, but I don't know how to put everything back together. There is moisture coming from under the door as ground levels are quite high, I don't even think the wall under the door can be re-built because of the pipe...
