electrical underfloor heating

We have had Cozytoes heating matt laid and tiling done. They have come to install the Touchscreen Timerstat and they have realised they forgot the Probe/sensor that lays under the tiles amongst the matt. I know, cowboys, plonkers, not paying for it etc etc. However is it possible to fix this...
