first floor extension mid terraced house

Hi All, In a mid terraced house in Leicester, want to add 6 x 6 feet, first-floor extension on top of existing ground floor extension. Can someone please help in: 1) The estimated cost of complete work 2) The breakdown cost of the work (if possible) Thanks
