honeywell accenta gen4 - tamper fault lockout

Hi, I have a Honeywell Accenta Gen4 with LCD keypad, had the tamper fault lockout go off, but i have the metal rings in the both the TAMP, but still going off, ive opened the box and pushed down on the tamper spring and it resets the alarm and enter in the engineer & personal code to reset...
