no carrier

Hi - I've had a texecom alarm installed for 7 years and I recently noticed I can no longer generate an app code on the keypad, from "Enable Texecom Connect App" I receive the error code 'No Carrier'. I've checked everything I can think of, but without any success, anything else I should check...
