paint upvc windows

We have White UPVC Windows & want them Grey. Is there a Paint that really works? I’ve seen videos of companies who Spray paint them. Looks like they spray them with the windows closed. Wouldn’t that just reveal White bits when the windows are opened?? I want it done properly, inside &...
