plume

Hello I have a Baxi 105e with a horizontal flue that's under a carport, we've now closed the carport at both ends. Am I right in thinking that I couldn't fit a plume kit and take it through the roof as it'll be in a different pressure zone to the air inlet? What if I had the plume pipe above...
