    Do I get render removed or not?

    Purchasing a 1960s bungalow and had a full building survey done. Bungalow is rendered down to ground level, so dpc is not visible. Survey recommended reducing the ground level. Whilst obtaining quotes we scuffed away the gravel around the base and found a concrete base that goes all away...
