    Service lid on cold water tank

    Apologies in advance for what is no doubt a stupid question. I think I already know the answer but as it's a rented property I want to make sure I'm not doing any damage. I went in the loft and noticed that the service lid on the cold water tank (Polytank PT2000) was loose so there's a thin gap...
