smart plugs

Hi, I have few Tapo smart plugs and they work great. However one light can’t seem to be able to get controlled. It can switch off by Alexa echo command but not ON. Is it down to more complicated original control switch to this light? Photo attached. Thank you x

Hi, I am looking for a smart plug which can be controlled through an iPhone from anywhere, not just when you are connected to the same home network. Would also like one where a random programme can be selected. Does anyone know of any decent ones which they can recommend? Thank you.
