supervision

I have got a supervision fault for 2 weeks. It is coming from a wireless window contact. BATtery is fine. It is not polling. I checked on here and solution seemed to be to put in to commissioning mode. I opened the cover (tamper) and waited 20 minutes, but the alarm still with supervision...

Need some help please. A PIR in my dining room broke so i decided it to remove it from the system rather than replace it. Followed instructions, from programming to devices to zones and delete. I've cleared all the logs but am still getting 2 error messages, 1. Tamper Alarm, 2 supervision loss...
