I am looking to freshen up the front of my house as the uvpc porch just looks sad and tired. Problem is I have no idea where to start, do I extend out the brick work or just get a replacement uvpc front bit ? What trades do I even get in to have a look? Brick layers or window people? How to...

Please can anybody tell me what time of handle this is or where I can buy a replacement. We can't close the bedroom window at the moment which isn't ideal with winter closing in. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi all, Just moved in and I’m replacing all the handles as no keys left but now have an issue… Usual 2 screws removed, snapped the handle trying to budge it, it’s been oiled and hammer tapped. Obviously I can turn the mechanism but it’s so stuck, it just pivots from the centre- what to try ...

(Thank you mods for correcting my clerical error :) I have two windows that have developed the same problem with an aluminium part snapping and an arm disconnecting. I can't seem to find a replacement hinge that looks like these either the complete unit or with the part that is broken in them...
