Hi can anyone help with the following:
I live in a block of flats which is fed from a district heating circuit where we have a boiler house and pumps supplying our block and the problem is that 2 of the radiators in the lounge have recently become only luke warm. We have bled the radiators and there is no air in them and the landlord also had an engineer in to balance the system however, the problem still persists.
Does anybody have any ideas. The system itself is at least 25 years to 30 years old if not more and is steel pipework. No additional works have been completed to my knowledge.
If you can help that would be great as it is very cold in there!!
