52/5.5 full Overlay Soft Close Hinges?

I'm helping out with a small refurb for an old gel in t'village, & as she's kept her kitchen in immaculate condition for 30+yrs I thought it would be nice to upgrade her to soft close cabinet doors.

You'd think that your average stockist would be able to recognise exactly what a 35mm cup with a 52/5.5 drill pattern meant, but apparently not. We've tried a few on the off chance but they all seem to be 45's.

Can anyone point us in a direction where we can source approx 15no'?

We've found some online but at £18+ a pair I think they're selling into the footballers wives market.
