that when your site is down in Secs/Mins as a paying customer to your Server ,you can recover payment in 1 hour per lost min , ???????? eh true
was an old court case ...it was Brit Tools firm the people won on the servers ,who didnt use certain tools against bots/enforced bots ... ,
as reimbusement , to the the bots sent an spider bots already inbedded
they got £290.000 for a weekend shut down .... firm made £260 at weekend ,
servers webmasters are sh**E scared about lawsuits ....
they will reimbuse fees 1st, 6/12 /18/ Months
for this kind of "loss of service" you HAD /we just had ..................
if this is server side as awhile now ... you are ready for 6months free ?!
