The system is an old DM Sprite 2 with an ADPRO Fast Scan III running on an ISDN line. It's all been fine since we replaced the old DM DVST 5 years ago. Then the ARC started complaining of dark pictures and, sure enough, they are. I contacted Xtralis who told ne that they hadn't made these of over 6 years (funny - mine has a "Tested, May 2006" sticker in the pcb) and that they were now not supported - no, he couldn't (wouldn't) give me any help!
So before I rip this bit of kit out and use the Sprite on t'internet, does anyone know if there's a tweeker for the video gain to the ADC (the text in programming mode is fine, so it's not on the video output side...) or if anyone has taken over support for these beasts?
