advice please

hi guys.
i have an old gloworm non combi boiler, and hot water cylinder.
the problem is whenever i turn on the boiler to give me hot water it
also turns on the radiators as well.

i have a digital control box/timer for the boiler which seems to be programmed ok and i never had this problem before.

any help would be much appreciated.

POssibly a problem with a motorised valve. Got any??!

i can see what could be a valve by the cylinder which says drayton flowshare 2, it has a radiator and tap symbals on either side.
could this be it?
