The honeywell model of aps are they interchangable
For example i have took one out a baxi 105he and the one i have to replace it with looks identical apart from the minimum pressure reading on it.
By memory theres not much differance.....
First aps .9mb min.....replacement 1.1mb min ........summet along these lines!!!
Anyway it works but im thinking if the situation changes i.e wear an tear on case seals or fan and the pressure requirements change which in theory could cause aps to fail.??!?! Is this the case or am i barking up the wrong tree?

The aps is classed as a safety device and so we wont give you any advice other than get a rgi to repair it, wrong aps might be dangerous

Completely barking up the wrong tree, fitting an incorrect APS is a serious safety issue and you should cease using the appliance immediately, call an RGI in and get them to fit the correct one for you. You must be competent to work on gas appliances, even in your own home, and your actions so far show that you are clearly not competent, you are a danger to yourself and anyone else who lives in your house.

From another thread, this isn't the only boiler you're working on. Are you registered with Gas Safe?

Paul ( Groovejet ) you list on your profile that you are a "Gas Engineer"!

However, you dont post in the CC part of the site which is only for qualified RGIs and some of the things you say are not what would be expected of an RGI.
