ALPHA CD25C central heating problem

Hi guys. Need your expert advice. Last night my central heater stopped working. I can hear the pump humming even when thermostat is off but the burner does not turn on.
Theres perfect hot water at the taps. Burner comes on when the tap is on.
Change the batterys in the thermostat.
Pressure is good.
Pump turns off and works when tap is on when the switch is flipped from tap/radiator to tap only on the boiler.

Hi I have a alpha cd25c boiler and it was working fine then I turned down the thermostat and it went of and now I can't get no gas through the gas valve I have fitted a new 1 and a new pcb i am stumped with it any help
