I had trouble when I was looking to buy a ladder. I phoned up my local ladder supplier but got no answer. Just rung and rung.
I recent got a Zarges, not really all that impressed with it to be honest. Fiddly to use and dents easily.
Also has a big bar across the bottom (stabiliser) which I has to remove and it just made it impractical to use anywhere that on a super-flat surface.
My last triple ladder, b&q jobby, much better imo
