Anyone affected by as1.falkag.de/bat:

Does anybody keep getting pestered with some b*ll*ck-numbingly tedious pop-up from as1.falkag.de/bat/bgf/200406/08/buds? They are trying to foist games on the unsuspecting user. Any ideas as to how they can be eliminated?

1. Get Adaware - run and remove ads
2. If problem persists, don't use internet explorer, instead use something with a popup blocker (sites you are viewing may be executing popups)
3. If problem still persists, run adaware again, but without running internet explorer afterwards.
4. Don't use those stupid 'free*' programs wit h adverts

*If it has adverts, it's not freeware or shareware, but adware.

Spybot - Search & Destroy is another app you should have on your system with Adware.
