If you've got one, would you post a picture of your engine bay, with the camera edges lined up with:
* the dayglo fan sticker at the bottom,
* the brake reservoir on the left and
* the wipers at the top?
I'm trying to gauge visually if my engine has dropped slightly on the left; I've had it before where the engine mount has collapsed and the symptoms were really strong vibrations/noise in the cabin. Upon checking the engine bay the aluminium cap on top of the engine mount was obviously tipped/dislodged
The car is presently sounding a bit more agricultural/vibratey than I remember but the mount appears intact/not like it did when it had failed. I'm interested to know if it's collapsing a bit internally; the engine looks slightly tipped but not obviously so, hence looking for a photo to compare with, and if it's lined up with these 3 points it might give some clues if e.g. more of your engine mount is visible than mine:
TIA
