I have a 1930s house, there doesn't seem to be a doc, just engineering bricks to stop damp. There doesn't seem to be any damp in the property but do you think it's worth using dry rods on the inner leaf of bricks ( I have a 100mm cavity) as I have all the floors up already?

If you don't have a damp problem then I'd say no.
I think dry rods last around 20 years stopping damp you don't have.
I know what your thinking though. I'd be thinking the same.
When you put a new floor down consider access points. If you sell or have a survey, they often like to look under floor plus maybe give you the option to install dry rods if needed.
You should also insulate under the floor and create air flow.
Have you watched skillbuilder on YouTube cover under floor insulation and dryrods?
