Artificial grass - what length?

We're getting artificial grass in our garden.
What length should I go for??

The MOST expensive generally is the longest.
Most expensive = the best?

The thing is, when I cut grass, I ALWAYS cut it to the shortest I can possibly get on my lawnmower.

+ I dont generally like longer grass

I got some short stuff and it's crap. My mate got a longer one and that's nice. Mine was much cheaper and does the job, it's got some football nets on it.
