Basement subfloor f r u s t r a t i o n

I need to put a subfloor on my concrete basement floor before putting the carpet down. Found two inexpensive products in the US - Modutile and Superseal - but frustratingly neither sell to the UK - and nor do Dri Core.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can use for a plastic basement subfloor? There is ThermalDry but it is very expensive.

Surely the Americans aren't that far ahead of us...
