Baxi Combi 105e Pressure Problem

Hi all,

Im new... please help!

radiators work apart from one which bleeds dirty fluid and there is no pressure at all for hot water.

pilot keeps trying to ignite but wont.

anybody any ideas?

Check boiler pressure which should be around 1 bar.
