Bending Springs + bes question

Was just looking through the bes website and seen some mighty cheap pipe bending springs.

gonna buy a few for handyness, i dont do alot of work id need them for but as i sed, theyd be handy,

Is it easyer/better to use internal or external springs?

and does anyone know if the cheap PTFE tape they sell is single or double wrap?

Better not to use springs at all ! That is if you like walking.

Get a bending machine or just use fittings

PTFE thing was covered to some extent
here but the guy who started the topic wasn't specific about what he wanted to use the ptfe tape on and someone couldn't spell polytetrafluoroethylene
