Hello
I would love some help if anybody has any suggestions please
I have attached a picture of our garden drain, we have had a little bit of damp in the kitchen around the window above this which we were advised was due to the guttering which we have had replaced and that seems to have stopped it
I am looking for the best way to manage this drain which I think also can't be helping. The water appears to be coming at it too fast and it splashes everywhere up the wall, is there some sort of splashback I can buy to prevent the bricks getting constantly soaked? Or a better idea? Leaves are cleared now.
I am aware I need a new pipe for the kitchen sink drainage (I snapped it last night). The expanding foam around that pipe is very damp, should I replace that?
Planning to re-point the bricks this weekend.
Thanks for any tips or advice, really appreciated!
