Hi guys,

I am having problem with my Biasi Riva Compact HE M96.28SM/C combi boiler.
Every morning when I want to use hot water, I turn tap on and there is no hot water coming. The flame doesn't fire up. And I get message from L.E.D. indicators which means Faulty primary circuit(no water or absence of flow).

But when I manually switch my central heating on for few seconds, the flame starts without problem. And then I get my hot water from tap. It works fine for whole day and night. At night I have central heating on for few hours on timer.

But in the morning I have no domestic hot water again, unless I switch on central heating for few seconds. Then it works for whole day again.

I think it should be faulty or scaled primary circuit flow switch or domestic hot water flow switch. But how do I find which one is it? How to test it? Or is it something different?

Please help me!!!!

There is clearly a blockage in the DHW circuit.

This needs investigation to identify it.

Cleaning the boiler in situ is sometimes needed.
