Bleed valve on radiator

Hi, had a new radiator installed. Went to bleed it and the white bit around the bleed screw is loose. Keeps spinning easily. Noticed on others it is stiff. Is this something to worry about? No water coming out at moment but wondering if valve is loose and may leak etx? Any help appreciated.

If there's a square chrome bleed screw in the middle of the plastic bit that turns its fine
