OK, this one has me stumped... Sime Friendly E combi... had a split diaphram which caused the DHW to work only on occasions as the diverter valve spindle wasnt making the microswitch above it. I replaced the diaphram, which now makes the switch on DHW being called, however now the bolier wont ignite at all... DHW or CH... although it did before i changed the diaphram. I havent touched anything apart from the diverter valve and the 3 cables connected to the microswitch, which are definately all making contact in the correct locations.

When DHW is called for, the fan comes on, the air switch is made, yet no spark from the HT lead, nor when CH is calling... its not shorting out anywhere along the lead either... any ideas!? The gas pressure is correct. Am i missing something in this sequence?

thanks

Lee.
