my sister has a worcester bosch greenstar combi boiler which has started making a booming+ gurgling noise every now+then,what can cause this+is it dangerous to continue using it?

Thanks very much,the condensate pipe was frozen+thawed but she is still getting booming+gurgling noise.

Has it been serviced?

Often installers let dirt fall into the boiler/flue and the first service finds a lot of dirt in the condensate trap.
