Boiler pressure guage on Zero

1. I have a vailant aquaplus five years old. Tee pressure gauge is reading Zero. Ii should be between 1 -1.5.

How can I fix this? I am a total novice so keep it ABC if possible.

I have turned the boiler off so no hot water or heat since yesterday.

2. I noticed a few weeks ago the radiators were not as hot as they used to be but when I tried to bleed them, no air just water. Which means they did not need bleeding, however the top part of the radiator is cooler than the bottom part.
