Boiler pressure not dropping back to 1.2bar

Just gonna throw this out there, could it have been an air lock? I just went and opened the Bathroom rad bleed valve (the highest point in the system and always the rad that will hold air) and more than expected air come out! I did bleed all the rads after repressurising the system when I did it, but that was a couple of weeks ago.

Probably not, when de-pressurising/draining the system, it will always take a while to get all the air out of the system again, some of that will be held in the EV.

Air compresses, when water doesn't, so can give slightly misleading pressure reading till it all settles out. As suggested if it has levelled out albeit at a different reading than before then I wouldn't worry about it too much.
