Boiler rattling when in full flow

A while back a local plumber cleaned myheating system out with cleaner, and then ithe bolier started to rattle when working. I assume this is called (kettling), but its now driving me crazy!!!!

I have used descaler for the boiler but it's still noisy.

I know the water in the system is still a weird colour after draing down.

Could someone help me, or explain "in detail" what i should do.
