it is a wtgo4 w/a riello 40/f5 burner.not a big problem but makes me wonder.only occurs when its very cold or the system has been idol awhile,so it must run longer to satisfy.when it has to run 30-40 mins,it shuts down and restarts immediately[it does the purge].it's not the t-stat,hi temp,and doesn't flame-out.almost seems normal.any adv.will be appreciated.tnx

Check photocell is clean and look for any causes/symptoms of flame vitiation. If not recently done, may just need a service.

Wouldn't that cause it to shut down flame, sit at run with no ignition, and not immediately re-fire as the OP said?
