Hi Have the Bosch Excel 1400. The programs seem to be taking much longer than expected. An extra hour atleast. It seems to be filling / draining / spinning. It is possible that the heating is intermitant. Was thinking it might be the heating elemsnt and the water not getting up to temperature. Is there anything else it could be? Thanks in advance for any help St88ly
