Just got a new kitched installed the dishwasher is an intregrated Hotpoint BFI 620 we noticed tha it was leaking at the front after a few days.
We got the Hotpoint Technican to come out and have a look at it.
After 4 calls the technican finally found a leak on the bottom of the door.
I had told them from the start that the machine only leaked on the rinse cycle but they only stayed 30 minutes max and found no leak until a different technican came out and stayed a bit longer.
Hotpoint replaced the machine as it was less than 90 days old but the new machine does the same thing as the first machine leaks through thr door on the rinse cycle the technican came out as usual stayed his 30 mins found no leak ......... but as soon as the rinse cycle started out came the water on to the floor.
All the connections are fine and i am waiting for Hotpoint to come out again anyone here any suggestions as the Hotpoint technicians in this area are planks......

It is the responsibility of the retailer under the sale of goods act - it is up to them to repair/replace the faulty item and if thi sis unsuccesful you can reject the goods as not fit for puprpose - have a word with the "customer disservices " staff - or go straight to the top - you might get a better DW if nothing else!

Don't accept poor service!
