I’ve been working on a system called AccessAuth for managing site sign-ins, inductions, SWMS and daily registers.

Built it mainly because the paper systems and some of the apps I’ve seen onsite are clunky or slow.
What it does at the moment:
Setup is simple — just enter your email and job details, then tradies scan a QR code to sign in.
It’s all browser-based so no app install needed.
I’m using it on real sites now and just refining it as I go.

Also happy for anyone to have a play with it — I’ve got a free trial running until end of April while I’m still developing it.

- Digital inductions + signatures
- SWMS tracking
- Daily report generation (all sign-ins, activity, etc.)
- Supervisor review system (working on this now)
